First of all – I LOVE this sport! This race definitely was unfinished business for me, it was no longer going to be my first Ironman (as that was done in Kona last year) but…
Hi, I’m Anna Ross, Triathlon Addict. When I’m not watching motivational Ironman clips on YouTube and drinking protein shakes I’m dreaming about my next goal, qualifying for Kona 2013 as a professional.

I am passionate about all things triathlon but also drive for balance in my life, my priority is time with family and I currently work full-time for Fonterra, managing a team of 8 highly motivated individuals. Although I love personal success I find a lot of satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals which is why I started the coaching company FitnessFoundations in 2010, focused on committed individuals ready to make a life change and take the plunge into the addictive sport of triathlon.
Through this website I also keep a regular blog of my adventures, whether it be racing for a triathlon club in the south of France, taking campervan training camps around New Zealand, mentally preparing for the rigours of Ironman events or just musing about subjects that usually come to me on long solo rides in the rain – enjoy
