Triathlon training is broken into three disciplines: swimming, biking and running. The sample programme below illustrates how you train for all three:

If you decide to take the plunge then we will start with a 30 minute – 1 hour initial consultation. From this we will discuss goals, current commitments, and programme structure and duration.

Open communication is key to a successful coaching programme. I am available anytime to discuss concerns, answer questions, or just catch-up.
